Using the very latest in digital technology, Brener Clinic will provide you with the best possible outcome for your dental implant treatment.
Prior to your dental implant procedure, Brener Clinic will provide you with pre- and post-operative instructions to follow, and will answer any questions or concerns you may have.
Treatment Planning, including 3d Cone Beam Scans
Your dental implant treatment begins with a consultation at Brener Clinic. Your implant diagnosis will include a consultation and thorough examination that includes a radiographic examination.
We take 3D Cone Beam CT Scans to assist with treatment planning. We also collect other records, such as facial photographs and videos, as well as digital impressions of your upper and lower jaws. A thorough medical history is taken so we can communicate with your doctor and specialist medical team if necessary.
This allows us to digitally design your smile and plan the surgery.

Using local anaesthetic and sedation if required, we place the implant.
Brener Clinic's 3D planning software assists in determining bone volume and quality, as well as plan a computer generated surgical guide for placement of the dental implant.
Computer generated surgical guides significantly reduce the surgical risks of dental implant surgery. Often the implant placement can be done with minimally invasive and atraumatic key-hole surgical techniques.
We include your own Advanced Platelet Rich Fibrin (A-PRF) in the form of a membrane and Injectable Platelet rich Fibrin (i-PRF) that has a concentration of your own Stem Cells to assist in the healing and quality of the soft tissue covering. The area is sutured—stitches will either dissolve or be removed by Brener Clinic in after the gum over the implant site has matured.
These surgical techniques reduce post-operative swelling and discomfort.
The implant integrates with your jawbone over the next 4-6 months.
You will at this time receive a temporary tooth replacement to restore your full smile and chewing ability.
Once your implant has securely integrated with your bone,
Brener Clinic custom-makes and places your new tooth replacement, for a beautiful, reliable new smile.
